Very much cartoon-like in appearance, this small drawing/collage depicts a scenario in 
which Dubya is speaking behind a podium (seal on which states “Appointed by the Supreme Court”). In his folksy manner, Duyba asks “Where is the oil for my Texas barbeques? Those against the war are party poopers.” On the flip chat found next to the podium, a globe of the world in flames and crying “help!”
